2. Data We Collect

We collect personal data only in the following circumstances:

• Contact form: name, email address, and the message you send us. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Error monitoring: technical diagnostic data (browser, operating system, page URL, and anonymous session identifiers) collected automatically by Sentry when an application error occurs. This data contains no marketing or tracking information.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

• Contact form: your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), given at the time you submit the form.
• Error monitoring: our legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR) in maintaining a stable and secure website.

4. Data Retention

• Contact form data is kept only as long as necessary to manage your request, and is deleted within 12 months from the last interaction.
• Sentry diagnostic data is retained for a maximum of 90 days and then automatically deleted.

5. Data Processors

We use Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., USA) as a sub-processor for error monitoring. Sentry is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and processes data under a Data Processing Agreement in compliance with GDPR requirements.

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD) you have the right to: access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to request data portability. You may also withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
