1. About SincroZen

SincroZen is a wellness centre located at Carrer Trinitaris 6, 25001 Lleida, Spain, offering automated professional massage sessions. These Terms govern the use of our website (sincrozen.com) and our on-site services.

2. Services

SincroZen provides automated massage sessions for relaxation and personal wellness only. Our services are not a medical treatment and do not constitute physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or any form of healthcare. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a health condition, injury, or doubt about the suitability of a session for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before booking.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Sessions are booked by WhatsApp or email and are confirmed only upon our explicit acknowledgement. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 12 hours before the confirmed slot so we can offer it to other clients on the waiting list. Late cancellations may result in the loss of the reserved slot.

4. Pricing

Prices are stated in euros and include applicable taxes. SincroZen reserves the right to update prices at any time. Any price in effect at the time of booking confirmation will apply to that booking.

5. Conduct on the Premises

Clients are expected to treat equipment and staff with respect. SincroZen reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or poses a risk to the safety of persons or equipment.

6. Limitation of Liability

SincroZen's liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, design, code) is the property of SincroZen or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Lleida, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
